Write to arbitrage.agent.support@gmail.com. There is no phone line and no live chat, so please put the details we need in the first message: the email on your account, what you were trying to do, and what you saw instead.

What to write to us about

Support — a problem with an alert, a guide, your dashboard, or signing in
Billing — a charge, a plan change, a cancellation or a refund question. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details
Privacy requests — access, correction or deletion of your data. We reply within 30 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy
Press, partnerships and newsletters — tell us who you are and what you have in mind
Security — if you think you have found a vulnerability, email us the details before sharing them publicly

Before you write

Many questions are answered on the site: how it works, pricing, the live detection numbers and the glossary. We do not give financial advice, and we cannot tell you which trades to take.
